The brief

Both bathrooms in this 1990s View Royal home were dated and damaged, and the ensuite was split into two separate sections.

What we did

We fully gutted both rooms and installed all new finishes. In the ensuite we removed the interior non-load-bearing wall and reclaimed unused space from the adjoining walk-in closet to enlarge the room and allow a better layout.

The result

Two bathrooms that look fresh and are much more functional.
